ARRIVAL
- Arrive at your appointment time, not early, unless otherwise instructed. Stay in your car and text 289-677-1218 to notify your arrival. You will be signalled or texted to come in for your appointment.
- No guests: please come alone to your appointment.

CANCELLATION
A 24 hour cancellation policy has been put in place to avoid no shows and disappointment for other clients who could have taken that time slot. Therefore, for those who habitually do not show up to their appointment, or who show up 15 minutes later or more, or for those who cancel last minute; a late cancellation fee of 50% of your service price is to be paid immediately. Before the rescheduling of your next appointment, a deposit will also be taken to ensure that this will not happen again.
BOOKING FEE
A $21 non-refundable and/or transferable deposit is required. Without the booking fee no appointment will be booked.
$20 goes towards balance
$1 fee
LATE FEE
You have a 15 minute grace period. If there has been no contact within 15 mins from the start of your appt, your appt will be canceled and considered a ‘no show’.
After a ‘no show’ appt, a fee of $30 will be applied before the booking of another appt.
